What is included in a quote on a Cancade 17 bale deck only?
Everything you need for the deck to be ready to pick bales is in included in the deck only price. This includes roller pin chain, beacons, tool box, straps, camera system, extendable mirrors, etc. This quote would NOT include a frame modification.
Why is a frame modification usually included as a separate quote?
Frame modifications are usually necessary as it is not common to find a truck with a correct frame length.
What size of frame do we need for a tandem?
Decks require 18’6” from front of deck to center of tandems.
What size of frame do we need for a tridrive?
Decks require 17’6” from start of deck to center of center axle on a tridrive truck.
Why can’t we get a bale deck kit to put together myself?
Bale decks are “fitted” to each truck, as fuel tanks and other attachments are in different locations on different trucks. The most important part is load arm positioning and geometry for correct distances and angles.
Do some trucks work better than others for a deck?
